Fast shipping and delivery

Delivery to an address other than the billing address

You can choose to have your order delivered to another address, if you prefer to have the parcel delivered to someone who is definitely at home to receive it. You can indicate this during the ordering process.

Delivery of your order

DPD or bpost will deliver your order at your home. We would like to receive your signature when we deliver your parcel. 

Are you not at home to receive your order and is delivery to a neighbor not possible? Then we will do our utmost to get the package to you as quickly as possible.
DPD will deliver your package after the first delivery attempt at the nearest Pickup Parcel Shop. On the non-home notice, left for you by the driver, you can read where you can pick up your package.

If you have set your delivery preferences in your bpost account, your parcel will be delivered according to your preference (to a pick-up point or vending machine, to a safe place or to your neighbor).

If you have not set your delivery preferences, your letter carrier will leave an absence notice in your mailbox. Your parcel will not be available immediately. You will receive an e-mail when you can pick up your parcel at the pick-up point. The absence notice allows you or someone else to pick up your parcel within 14 calendar days at the Pickup Point indicated on the absence notice.

The method of delivery and messaging may vary from country to country.

Bpost guarantees CO2-neutral delivery of our parcels.

Choose your delivery method

If you choose bpost as your shipping partner and your parcel is to be delivered in Belgium, the Netherlands or France, you can choose additional delivery methods. You can have your parcel delivered to your home, the office or a pick-up point.

In Belgium and the Netherlands, you can also choose to have your order delivered to a parcel locker. There you pick it up yourself.

In Belgium, you can also choose Saturday delivery.

Track and trace

Tracking your order is easy via the “Track your order” function. You can find this in your account and also via the special “Track your order” page.

Delivery time of your parcel

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day. All target delivery times can be found in the overview below. As we depend on our external shipping partners (DPD and bpost) in this, unfortunately we cannot guarantee these delivery times.

Belgium: 1 day
Netherlands – Luxembourg: 1 – 2 days
France – Germany – Denmark: 2 days
Austria – Switzerland*: 2 – 3 days
United Kingdom* (incl. Scotland*): 3 days
Norway*: 3 – 5 days
Sweden – Italy – Spain – Hungary – Slovenia: 3 days
Slovakia – Ireland – Poland – Czech Republic: 3 days
Portugal – Lithuania – Estonia – Latvia – Romania – Croatia: 4 days
Finland – Bulgaria: 5 days
Greece – Serbia: 6 days
Bosnia and Herzegovina: 8 days
United States of America*: 7 – 10 days

* This delivery time is indicative. There may be involuntary delays due to customs handling.
All other countries: the delivery is digitally only via the PDF & MP3 download system.

Customs formalities and costs

For deliveries outside the EU (European Union), your country may charge a fee for this. We will make sure that all obligatory customs formalities are included with your package.

Deliveries – Digital products

Digital products immediately available

With the PDF & MP3 download system you will immediately have your downloads available in your Bernaerts Music account. (depending on the payment method chosen)
All you have to do is download and/or print them.

1. You order a digital product (PDF or MP3) via our webshop.
2. You will receive an email from us with the order confirmation and a PDF of the invoice.
3. The digital download is available in your Bernaerts Music account.

How many times and for how long can I download my digital products?

Digital products can only be downloaded twice and for a period of 60 days. After downloading them, keep them in a safe way. After this period, it is no longer possible to download your digital products.

Extra parts

Pick up your order

Unfortunately, it is not possible to buy music/CDs on site at our company. All orders should always be placed in our webshop.

If you do wish to collect your order, you should discuss this in advance and by telephone with our customer service to make an appointment. If you choose “Pick up at Bernaerts Music” in the shipping options, no shipping costs will be charged.

Picking up an order at Bernaerts Music is only possible for customers based in Belgium.
