To comply with all legal provisions and obligations, Bernaerts Music BV has an agreement with Mollie, a company specialized in handling online payments.
Therefore, never pay invoices directly to Bernaerts Music BV, unless explicitly requested.

Apple Pay

You can pay with Apply Pay if you use Safari on an Apple Pay-enabled device. Mollie will automatically detect this and show you the option to pay via Apple Pay. You can then authorize the payment via Touch ID or Face ID.
Bancomat Pay

Bancomat payment cards are linked to the consumer’s bank account, allowing cash withdrawals and online banking transactions. This payment method is available throughout Italy and integrated into the Italian banking system. Bancomat Pay is a reliable and versatile solution for online transactions.
Bancontact – Mister Cash

Payments with Bancontact/Mister Cash are made as with credit cards using the card number and expiry date, but at the same time they use the security system of web banking (internet banking). The first stage is like a credit card: enter details and card number (that number is on the latest generation of cards). In a second stage, the cardholder has to identify himself in a secure screen of his own bank, as is done in online banking.
Belfius Pay Button

You choose Belfius as your payment method and then decide whether you want to pay via mobile (Belfius Mobile) or desktop (Belfius Direct Net). Belfius Mobile works via a QR code. You can pay quickly by scanning the QR code. If you want to pay with Belfius Direct Net, you will need your Digipass to complete the payment.
BLIK

BLIK is the most popular payment method in Poland. Users can link their bank account or debit card to the BLIK app, which generates unique codes for online transactions. It is a quick and convenient way to make payments, transfers and purchases using your smartphone.

You select your bank from the list of participating banks. After selecting the bank, you log in to the online banking environment. In the online banking environment, you review the pre-filled payment details. If all details are correct you authorise the payment. After approval, you will receive a confirmation and your order will be shipped.
Google Pay

Google Pay is a popular e-wallet in which customers can store their favourite credit and debit cards. It is available anywhere in the world. Consumers place their payment cards in the Wallet app, which means the effective payment method depends on the cards in the app. The app stores all the details and preferences of the different payment cards. iDEAL

After choosing iDEAL as the payment method, you select your own bank. You will then be redirected to the bank’s secure online environment, where the payment will be completed. Banks use various methods to verify the payment. This can be done using a TAN code received via SMS, a QR code in an app or an ID-identifier. After verification, the payment is processed immediately.
KBC/CBC Pay Button

KBC/CBC Bank has chosen that the payment button only works if you select “english” as your language. In the payment screen, the consumer selects KBC/CBC as the payment method. You select your bank, which is KBC or CBC. You are then redirected to the bank’s environment (KBC or CBC) where you choose how you want to pay. You make your payment within the bank’s secure environment.
Maestro

You can use your Maestro card to shop online. All you need now is a SecureCode™, a unique code that allows you to pay online as securely as with your PIN in a shop.
SecureCode™ is Maestro’s authentication system that allows you to shop online safely and with total peace of mind. Depending on which bank you are affiliated with, you will have received a personal card reader or Digipass. You will need this every time you want to buy something online. Your personal card reader or Digipass generates a unique code for the transaction you make in order to verify your identity, authorise the payment and help protect you against fraud.
MB WAY

You pay with a pre-stored card on your mobile device. You will be redirected to the MB Way portal, you confirm the payment with your phone number and a PIN.
Multibanco

You complete the transaction through your preferred channel – be it your bank’s online portal, an ATM, or a mobile app. It’s secure, simple, and reliable.
Pay with Klarna

With ‘Pay with Klarna’, you decide when to pay for your order!
With ‘Klarna – Pay now’ you pay at the time of purchase. You use your preferred payment method (such as credit card, bank card or bank transfer) to pay quickly.
With ‘Klarna – Pay later’ you can complete a purchase and delay payment for a certain period of time. You will then receive your order before any money goes out of your bank account. Klarna sends an e-mail with payment instructions after shipment, giving you 30 days to pay.
Do not pay Bernaerts Music BV when you choose ‘Pay with Klarna’.

We do not see any sensitive financial information such as your credit card or bank account number. Step by step:
1. You choose the payment method SOFORT Banking during the ordering process
2. You will now be redirected to the secure environment of SOFORT Banking. SOFORT Banking asks you for your country and bank name.
3. You choose your country and the name of your bank.
4. SOFORT Banking directs you, with your order details, to the online banking page.
5. You are now in the secure environment of your own bank.
6. There you enter your account number, PIN and TAN code.
7. As soon as you finish the payment procedure, your bank informs SOFORT Banking how the payment was completed.
8. SOFORT Banking immediately passes this on to Bernaerts Music.
9. Bernaerts Music will release the order when SOFORT Banking reports that the payment has been made.
