Barcelona is a song by British rock singer Freddie Mercury and Spanish opera singer Montserrat Caballé from the 1988 album Barcelona, written by Freddie Mercury. It also appeared on the compilation album Queen Greatest Hits III. The song was written for the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Caballé’s birthplace. The song was originally released on single on 26 October 1987. The skilfully arrangement is written by Frank Bernaerts.
