Our shipping partners

Choose your delivery method

If your parcel is to be delivered in Belgium, the Netherlands or France, you can choose additional delivery methods. You can have your parcel delivered to your home, the office or a pick-up point.

In Belgium and the Netherlands, you can also choose to have your order delivered to a parcel locker. There you pick it up yourself.

In Belgium, you can also choose Saturday delivery.

If you are located in Belgium, it is possible to pick up your parcel at Bernaerts Music in Blankenberge. You choose “Pick up at Bernaerts Music” in the shipping options, no shipping costs will be charged. To collect your order, you should always make an appointment by phone with our customer service.

Estimated delivery

In your shopping cart, you will see the estimated delivery time of your order. The delivery time may vary depending on your chosen shipping partner.

Whether or not you can choose the shipping partner depends on your country.

The estimated delivery time of your parcel is also shown on your invoice. You can find the invoice in your account.

Shipment of your order

We are more than happy to keep you informed about the progress of your order.
For how we do that, just read below:

1. As soon as we receive your order online, we will send you an automatic confirmation e-mail.
2. Your parcel will be packed by our team and prepared for shipment. A parcel leaves our webshop within 1 business day. (*)
3. You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail. The invoice of your order can only be found in your account, where you can download or print it.

(*) Packing time may vary according to the holiday schedule.

Track and trace

Tracking your order is easy via the “Track your order” function. You can find this in your account and also via the special “Track your order” page.
